ERICA LINDIG
Erica is 54 years young. She is a former bodybuilder and figure competitor. Erica enjoys fitness and working out to help fight off the
signs of aging and stay in good health. Erica possesses a wide range of experience in health, fitness, personal training, strengthening, and injury rehab. Erica worked with the New Orleans Saints special teams staff during the off season assissting with injury rehab.
Experience: 11 years
Qualifications: AFAA and DSA certified by the American Red Cross. Active member in NPC and the Reebok Professional Alliance.

JESSICA VADELL
Jessica is a New Orleans native. She has been involved in competitive sports since early childhood, including dance, softball, volleyball, track and cross country. She is a group and personal fitness trainer who is well versed in strength and conditioning exercises. Jessica attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she ran track and cross country. She competed in many events including the 400m, 4x4 relay, 800m, 1500m, 5k and 6k. She is currently enlarging her knowledge of health and fitness. She is dedicated to helping everyone get into the best shape of their lives.

NICOLE COLEMAN
Nicole "The Iron Babe" Coleman is a nutrition consultant, fitness model, and print/commercial model who has been helping people of all fitness levels achieve their goals since 2003. Her passion for fitness began in 2001 when she decided to begin competing in amateur bodybuilding. Since then she has become a national figure competitor with the National Physique Committee and has recently won her International Federation of Body Builders pr figure card. In 2008, she achieved one of her greatest wins, 1st place in the Class A division at the Arnold Classic Amateur Figure Championship. In 2008 she won the New Orleans Figure Championship and the Louisiana State Figure Championship. She began competitive powerlifting in 2009. When not training a client or preparing for a competition, Nicole likes to cook fresh and healthy meals, sometimes even preparing meals for her clients. She also likes to get dressed up in heels and dresses to go shopping or dancing. Nicole is a regular about New Orleans as she loves to take part in her hometown's numerous festivals.

ERIK FRANK
Erik is a competitive power lifter who finished 3rd at the 2009 Arnold Classic Raw Challenge. He is a NPC judge who works with bodybuilders and figure contestants to prepare them for shows. Erik currently holds the 100% Raw state records for the squat, bench press and the deadlift. He is the personal trainer coordinator at the St. Charles Ave. Athletic Club (SCAAC). He has created several fitness programs for the SCAAC and is cofounder of RAW504, a powerlifting team with a clothing line and website (www.raw504.com).

JAKE IMPASTATO
Jake is a lifelong resident of New Orleans with over twenty years of experience training bodybuilders and powerlifters. He has been competing in powerlifting since high school and has won the USAPL National Powerlifting Championship as a 220lb. competitor. Jake currently holds the 220lb. state bench press record in both Louisiana and Mississippi. Jake is the cofounder of RAW504, a powerlifting team with its own clothing line and website (www.raw504.com).

DAVID BENAC
David has over twenty years of experience competing and participating in a variety of sports including football, hockey, martial arts, track and field, and powerlifting. He placed first in multiple state-level powerlifting meets and recently competed at the RAW Powerlifting Nationals. David holds Louisiana state records in his weight class for the deadlift and three-lift totals. In addition to his work as a personal trainer and his own training, David is a history professor at Southeastern Louisiana University. David is especially concerned with helping his clients develop strength, agility and achieve their general fitness goals. He believes that with the right knowledge and motivation, any goal is possible.

JEFF PALLISER
Jeff is a sports-minded and athletic individual. he played junior ice hockey and in college for the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Jeff has enjoyed powerlifting for several years and is now part of the RAW504 powerlifting team. He is in his final year at LSU where he had worked as a Personal Trainer. Jeff is well-versed in strength and conditioning training and various sport-specific training programs. He has always enjoyed his time in the gym, whether training himself or his clients. He is always glad to lend a helping hand to others and help them reach their goals.
